Starfish Envelopes With Return Address on Flap

All invitations we sell at Sandpiper Wedding will come with plain, white envelopes. We can create additional envelopes (at additional cost) to match any of the wedding themes in our store.

It will help to know sizes if specialty, decorated envelopes (view samples of our envelopes here) are needed for sending wedding invitations. The most common sizes we sell are the A7 – which hold the 5×7 inch invitations and cards, and the note card size which is A2.  These are “announcement” envelopes and will have a contemporary, square flap.  A return address can be added before purchase, but individual addresses can not be added to the front. The exception would be if the small envelopes are used for RSVP cards. One address can be added to the bulk envelope order, with the “reply to” person or persons address on the front.

These sizes are available, and have optional paper types and colors.
Horizontal: 4.13″ x 9.5″ – #10

Horizontal: 4.38″ x 5.75″ – A-2
Horizontal: 5.5″ x 5.5″ – Square – This size will require more postage.

Sometimes customers who are shopping for wedding invitations will also want an outside envelope. This would be larger than the invitation and will be able to hold that, plus all the enclosure cards (if any). At the present time we can not offer “outside envelopes”. Those will need to be purchased separately. The Paper Mill store is an online site that has a wide variety of envelope sizes and speicalty paper.  Searches online will bring up other options as well. Just choose an envelope that is a bit larger than your invitation, (such as the A8 for the A7 size invitations).

The Paper-Papers site offers a break down of the envelopes in their size chart.
