A new main focus of mine for the 2017 wedding season is more beautiful tropical flowers on products. This new orange and pink hibiscus design was first added to a wedding menu template. The floral graphic turned out so well, that I went ahead and made a black and white and transparent image.
Two different Hawaiian flowers were used for this background image. Three flowers together make a pretty divider for the menu. The black and white flowers were added to the back of the men.
One of the hibiscus bags is meant for the “Mothers” of the bride and groom. The other is meant for bridesmaids and other members of the bridal party.
The Bridesmaids deserve some thanks, not only because of all the money they have spent to make your special day perfect, but because they are your best friends.
Whether the wedding will be large and expensive, or casual and simple, a lot goes into the planning. Most wedding traditions simply must apply, and being appreciative to the ones who contributed to your happiness should be high on the planning list.
Not every bride will throw a Bridesmaids’ party, and giving out gifts is fine, but why not have fun with a luncheon, elegant tea party, or night at the local bar?
WHO TO INVITE? Even if the bridal party is not large, friends and family members (women only) can be invited to an event celebrating the bridesmaids.
Also the “bridesmaids” title can include every member of the bridal party, and that means the Maid / Matron of Honor, Junior Bridesmaids and Flower Girls. Of course the young people would not attend a night out on the town. If that’s the plan, they give them a gift at another time.
Everyone will have fun at such an event and it will give the girls a chance to get to know each other better.
Want to include the guys? Why not organize a barbecue, beach party, or something everyone will enjoy together, and send out “Celebrate the Wedding Party” invitations?
This round wedding menu template, in neutral black and white, works for just about any wedding reception theme. Add three monogram initials to the center. If this is used for a wedding the initials are added as follows: The center letter is the last name of the married couple, or the groom’s last name. The bride’s initial goes to the left, and the groom’s initial to the right.
However there are many ways to create a monogram. In this design, the middle initial, which is larger than the other two, can be used to create two initial with an ampersand (and sign) in between. In this way the Bride and Groom can use their first name initials to create the monogram.
If the initials look too large, scroll up the page and click “customize”. Then you will see a page that looks like the one below. Don’t let it scare you… find the letters, over on the right hand side and click that box.
Next, go down to the bottom left and hit the minus sign to make them smaller. When you are happy with the look, click “done” at the top of the page and you’ll go back to the original product page.
I will be happy to do this for you, or help with any part of the design and text placement. But sometimes, with a little help, the customer can complete the design on their own.

Due to the fact that there are many products at the Zazzle site, with more being added constantly, it can be difficult to keep up with the designing. Many of our collections will showcase the most popular items brides and grooms want. Due to the large array of products, some items will not be included. When a request is made, I do reply quickly. Be as specific as possible with a request, and I will get the products made as soon as possible.
Furthermore, if you come across an item that needs a theme change, I can do that as well, as long as it’s in my store. If you have questions relating to design, be sure to ask.
Please remember that I am able to make paper plates, cups and favor bags to match any designs in my stores. Paper goods that are customizable work well for showers and parties.
Tell a story with photo template table number cards. Beach themed table seating that contains lots of personalization. The couple will choose to share different photos for each card and add up to 3 lines of text to explain the picture. White sand dollars (on both sides) have templates for the table number.
Each card can contain the same photo, but adding different photos makes them more unique and personal. Variety will give guests something to talk about. When they realize that each table card tells a different short story, they can mingle and check out the other table cards in the room.
The couple will have to decide what they want to share. Make it interesting by adding some fun, and maybe funny, photos. Wedding guests will love this little insight into your life together before marriage!
Other examples of what to share:
*Where you met
*How he (or she) proposed
*Day trips & vacation photos
*Time spent relaxing at the beach (works well with a beach themed wedding!)
*Favorite things – like a special pet / eating ice cream together
*Favorite local haunts
*Pictures from the wedding shower
*Photos with your kids (if either has some from another marriage)
Each couple will have their own special moments collected from the months or years leading up to the wedding day. Collecting photos for table number cards can be a fun activity to do together, and one the groom may not mind helping with! Split the number of tables between each of you and come up with your own favorite photos to use. It may even be helpful to ask for outside help from the bridesmaids and groomsmen if you can’t decide which photos are most interesting.
After tropical flowers, the starfish, or sea star, is a probably second in popularity as a design element choice for couples planning a beach wedding ceremony. Because of this, I’ve focused on including the starfish in many designs in the Sandpiper Wedding store. And starfish wedding invitations have sold quite well.
My designs are printed on Zazzle paper, which gets high marks from customers. With optional beautiful and elegant upgrades, such as pearl and champagne shimmer and felt paper, a wedding invitation from Zazzle is just as beautiful as any purchased at a specialty wedding store. There is even a “high definition” printing option.
Create reply cards, favor tags, personal wine labels, pre and post ceremony party invitations, thank-you cards, and much more to match every invitation design. If the item you need is not showing up in the design collection, (because it can be difficult, as a designer, to keep up with all the new products offered), shoot me an e-mail (firstname.lastname@example.org) and I’ll gladly make it for you.
So here we go…a collection of our starfish wedding invitation variety. Some designs are brand new, and others are older favorites which have been selling well throughout the years.
Every invitation comes standard with white envelopes, with decorated envelopes as an additional option.
